Just some updates :)
I started Turbo Fire last week and am loving every workout! I love the HIIT workouts the most, they are my absolute favorites.
I’m still eating like usual- fruits and veggies and lean proteins! I’m also trying to watch my sodium intake. I can thank Jillian Michaels for that.
I’m not sure about my measurements, but last time I weighed myself I was 135 lbs.
I also met someone today who works at the same place I do and he might hook me up in becoming a certified personal trainer!

What protein supplements (like bars, powders) do you guys like?
healthaliciousness-deactivated2 asked: Personally, I didn't like TurboFire. I find that Charlene tends do jump into the workouts really fast and doesn't explain what you're about to do. So it's just trying to copy her, which I find totally un-fun and just not a good workout.
It had me almost in tears every time because I couldn't understand why she didn't just go through the workout slowly :L
I know what you mean- my boyfriend tried a Turbo Fire workout with me for the first time and he didn’t catch on quickly. I personally love it! I think the reason I was able to grasp onto the routines quickly is because I have already done Turbo Jam, which uses alot of the same moves. Have you tried the “New to Class” options in the DVD’s? My boyfriend said those helped him out :)
