I’m on the right track to eating healthier (with a couple cheat meals a week) and working out as much as I can!  I hope to inspire, and become inspired I DO NOT PROMOTE, NOR DO I ENCOURAGE, “THINSPO”, OR ANY BLOG THAT EMPHASIZES ON EATING DISORDERS.  I BELIEVE IN 100% HEALTHY EATING AND WORKING OUT, WITH OCCASIONAL INDULGENCES.

A little about me:  I am an Economics major and am totally in love with it.  I enjoy MAKEUP!, kickboxing, farmer’s markets, cooking, baking, and sand!  Meaning I adore the beach and the desert.  I have one more year left until I get my bachelor’s, and I couldn’t be more excited!

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m still eating like usual- fruits and veggies and lean proteins!  I&amp;#8217;m also trying to watch my sodium intake.  I can thank Jillian Michaels for that.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m not sure about my measurements, but last time I weighed myself I was 135 lbs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also met someone today who works at the same place I do and he might hook me up in becoming a certified personal trainer!&lt;/p&gt;

I find that Charlene tends do jump into the workouts really fast and doesn't explain what you're about to do.
